What do YOU really need to know in order to give birth? Our world is full of information on all things birth, but how is one person supposed to sift through it all to find the knowledge and resources that are truly going to support them through this rite of passage into parenthood? That's where it can be helpful to have a guide, someone who's been down the road a little and can help you be aware of what is up ahead, and someone who can help you find what knowledge and resources you already have in abundance within and what else may be helpful on your journey.
